Throughout my time in the Health and Fitness industry I have coached many women who were driven to reach their health and fitness goals, but previously lacked the knowledge on how to best achieve these goals.

I am passionate about what I do because I have experienced myself, and seen first-hand with the many women I have worked with throughout the years, that regular training and healthy eating can give you a figure you are proud of and also improve many other aspects of your life.
During my teenage years and early twenties I didn’t look after my diet, I was having way too many late nights and I felt completely drained of energy most of the time. On top of that I was stuck in a full time job I hated. So, I decided I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired all the time and chose to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry.
I spent 6 years in college, first acquiring Personal Traning, Sports Therapy and Nutrition ITEC diplomas and then received my honors degree in Exercise and Health Science. I worked part time as a Personal Trainer / Class Instructor throughout my studies so I could apply what I was learning in college to help people with their Health and Fitness goals in the real world.
When I finished college I immediately went into full time personal training, specialising in coaching women. Throughout the years since, I have trained countless woman, empowering them to drop dress sizes, tone bodies, increase strength & fitness, develop confidence and enhance health & energy levels. I am extremely proud of not only the life changing results I have helped these women achieve, but also the strong personal relationships I have built throughout that time. I still work with many of my first female clients many years on and I'm confident I will continue to do so for a long time to come. I feel extremely privileged to have helped some truly wonderful women get into (and stay!) in the best shape of their lives by implementing a lifestyle that places strong emphasis on exercise, nutrition and health.
I have attended many workshops and seminars hosted by some of the most internationally acclaimed personal trainers and nutritionists since I finished college in order to further develop my education on training and nutrition. I have also completed a number of online courses in that time. I am currently a member of the "Advanced Coaching Academy" and am studying hard to become accredited. Once I complete this course, I will move onto another. I will always pursue further education to ensure I have as much knowledge and experience as possible to empower women, like you, get into the best shape of your life by using the most effective training and nutrition programs. The wealth of wisdom I have picked up from many experts in the field over the years has given me the expertise I need to transform my client’s bodies, fitness and health. I have been able to apply what I have learned to make positive changes to my own life as well. Personally I have never felt better and thankfully many of the women I work with regularly give me the exact same feedback once they start my "Womens Transformation Program".
